Brookside PS Emergency Supply Staff

Brookside PS is now accepting applications for the Local Level Emergency Educators and Support Staff.

Local Level Emergency Educators and Support Staff are individuals who have expressed an interest in working with students and present with an educational and/or work background that reasonably supports their use for coverage purposes in emergency situations. Supply Educators do not need to be OCT registered.  

The ideal candidate may possess the following;

  • Previous experience working with children;
  • Proven ability and willingness to support students with special needs;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a school environment;
  • Availability to accept assignments on a casual basis during the day and with short notice
 
If you are enrolled/accepted into a Bachelor of Education Program or attending a Teacher's College and working towards being registered with the Ontario College of Teachers, please apply as an Elementary Emergency Teacher Candidate or Secondary Emergency Teacher Candidate.
